Active Ingredients
GCP Flea & Tick Natural Defense Chews are a natural supplement designed to make your pet unwelcoming to pests. Its efficacy is based on three natural, science-based mechanisms:
Thiamine (vitamin B1)
Helps to reduce fleas on the skin by promoting the release of sulfur, which is toxic to fleas, through the skin. While Thiamine is highly effective in reducing fleas, ticks and mosquitos, it poses no danger to your pets. GCP contains more than 10x the thiamine of our competitors!
Anise
Emits an odor that’s not tolerated by fleas. When taken internally, anise deters fleas from biting your pets, and keeps infestation at bay.
Apple Cider Vinegar
Has been shown to safely repel insects by making your pet’s skin and blood more acidic. Fleas have also been shown to be deterred by the smell and taste of vinegar. Apple cider vinegar is effective in treating current pest infestations and helps to prevent new ones from occurring. It also works in conjunction with the lauric acid in coconut oil to repel pests.
More Vitamins, Minerals, & Good Stuff
Niacin (vitamin B3)
Niacin (vitamin B3) helps promote skin and coat health in cats.
Vitamin B12
works to ensure that your pet’s nervous system functions properly. It also promotes normal cell growth. Vitamin B12 helps to maintain the energy levels of cats so they can enjoy purrfect days.
Vitamin E
is a fat-soluble nutrient that is essential for a cat’s muscles, circulatory system, and injury healing. It’s also an antioxidant, helping to protect cells from damage caused by free radicals.
Coconut Oil
contains anti-inflammatory properties that promote skin and coat health. Lauric acid, the main component of coconut oil, also helps to deter pests from biting and infesting your pet’s skin. Coconut oil additionally soothes skin and prevents flea rash.

FAQs
Q: How often do I need to feed it to my pet?
A: For optimal protection against fleas, ticks, and mosquitoes, it is recommended to administer our soft chews to your pet on a daily basis. This will assist in building and maintaining their defense against these pests.
Q: How long does it take to start working?
A: To experience the full effects, it is advised to continue daily consumption of our soft chews for approximately four weeks. This duration allows sufficient time for the desired results to take effect.
Q: So after the initial 4 weeks, do I need to continue feeding the chews?
A: Absolutely, maintaining consistency is crucial! We highly recommend continuing the daily administration of our soft chews to sustain the natural resistance that your pet has developed from consuming them. It's important to note that the benefits of our product are effective only when your pet(s) are regularly given the chews. Discontinuing their usage may result in the gradual fading of the chews' effects.
60 Day Money Back Guarantee
Our products come with a 60-day no-hassle guarantee. If your cat decides they don’t like the chews, or if it “isn’t working out,” we’ll refund you. Hassle free.

This is one of my three cats! Will send a video later when they’re all present! Don’t see them scratching . Thanks for your product !
I love this product and it works great. I have a feral cat that likes to come in the house, but I can't touch her. Since I can't put a flea collar on her, I started her on GCP and I have noticed she has stopped scratching. She will not eat the tablets, so I crumble it into a bowl and mix in a little Churu and she eats it right up.
I'm taking care of a feral cat since the loss of my pet cat of 17 years. He was loaded up with fleas and ticks. I applied some Hartz flea and tick treatment, but it made little difference. since I've had him on Guardian, he's pretty much pest free and has a beautiful coat.
My cats are loving the Guardian Flea and Tick product. They think they are getting treats! Highly recommend over the chemical products they sell. They even smell good! I tell everyone about them!
This baby started showing up at my house about 1 & half year ago. It took months for it to bond with me. I started to feed her & gradually moved food closer & closer to my house. She ( Kitty Kitty)was constantly scratching & seemed miserable. I saw a GCP advertisement about the flea & tick Natural Defense & thought this may help her since she is out & about alot & perhaps could build up a defense against fleas & ticks. We have bonded so much that she sleeps in my garage at night & I let her out every morning. Her scratching has depleted alot , she seems to be doing fine. I think this is a great product & it seems to be working. I would love to make her a house cat but I already have one & she seems to be happy with our arrangement.
Here's two of my kitties. Seems to be keeping the fleas and ticks away. We had a bad season last year. Very hopeful for a better summer with this being in their systems now.
We just started these, but my cat already loves them! I wanted to give a natural product, and this one came highly recommended. Finally, a product you can trust.
It took time ( 6 months) for it to work. Our Jynx had fleas bad, we tried everything with no success. We purchased petmd for carpets, and furniture, we purchased petmd station and the treats. I used the combination of the three things. Spraying the petmd every week. Finally she is flea free and so is my house. Glad I purchased these items. She will be on these til she passes. I only wish they were in a smaller container as they seem to dry out closer to the 60 days and on.
My cats love this & can’t wait until it put it out for them , definitely have found that the flea issues have really been less since giving them this .i recommend it to my friends and my pet clients ( im a professional pet sitter) and while not all are seeking ‘natural remedies’ ,many are .
My cats love their flea and tick treats. Very easy to give them one a day for flea and tick prevention.
Only one won’t set and wait on them every morning.
This formerly feral kitten is extremely allergic to fleas (swollen eyes, scabs on his neck from scratching), but will fight any attempt to put traditional topical treatments on him. Fortunately, he and his siblings think your product is a treat. All I have to say is “It’s time for treats,” and the whole crew (mother and 3 kittens) line up. Nearly two years in and no trips to the emergency vet!!
It’s our daily routine, we start our day with one treat. My Lucia’s favorite. And it’s all natural. She goes out in the backyard on the leash, but never had fleas and ticks on her.
I am still waiting for the full 30 days to access the full effect. But he seems to look better and his hair is thicker and shiner and doesn't seem to itch as much. He is a stray and will not let me get too close right now, so I really needed something to put in his food and he has eaten each little chew every morning with his breakfast. Will up date later after the full dosage.
I have several outdoor cats I take care of and giving them prescription flea medicine is not an option. The Guardian Flea & Tick treats are the perfect solution for these cats. They have been on these treats for several months and I do see an improvement. They no longer scratch all the time indicating the treats are working. I’m glad I found Guardian Flea & Tick! I recommend them.
Lucky Loves this treat first thing in the morning.
Luvy eats it mixed in his breakfast
The two strays; Sox E & Sweetie Peetie, eats theirs crumbled in their breakfast
Pic. is Lucky chillin' due to no itchin'
Sweetie Peetie is in Kitchen doing same thing
Yes we Are happy & I can do 4 cats with 1 jar!!!!
In early spring in Vermont our cat Gussy had one tick from my wildly untended perennial garden and the woods understory thick with ferns. Because Gussy is
22 pounds I give him two every morning. He LOVES them and so do we. Not one tick and no fleas. I buy them for our sons cat and she is a bit more picky but he crumbles them up to mix with her dinner. Happy there too.
My cat Bob. After the initial 30 days I never seen another flea or tick on him. He liked them like a daily treat. So pleased with your product. Highly recommend you try it.
