Not at all! We actually prefer real, authentic moments filmed on your phone. Just make sure the video is clear, well-lit, and filmed vertically.
Should the product be visible in the video?
Yes please! We recommend showing the jar clearly at least once so viewers can see the product your dog is enjoying.
What kind of dogs can participate?
All dogs are welcome! Big dogs, small dogs, puppies, seniors — if your pup loves Guardian’s Choice, we’d love to see them.
Do I need to follow a script?
No scripts needed. We prefer real reactions and honest experiences from pet parents.
Can I submit more than one video?
Yes! You’re welcome to submit multiple videos if you have different clips or moments to share.

Our team will review your video within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive an email letting you know if your video has been approved or if we recommend any small edits.
Can I delete my video later?
You still own your video, but by submitting you give Guardian’s Choice permission to use it for marketing purposes.
